Shipping + Handling

Most items ship from California M-F (ONLY exception are our Made to Order items, see section below). All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm PST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped within the following 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships (processing time may take a little longer during the holidays). 1 business day does not mean your order will be processed the same day. 1 business day is equivalent to 24 hours after your order is placed. Typically we use two carriers for shipping either USPS or UPS Ground. The ship time you see when you select a carrier is APPROXIMATE. We DO NOT guarantee delivery time on any orders. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. USPS Priority mail, although more expensive is the quickest shipping option. USPS First Class Mail and UPS are the slowest. Once your order is placed and processed you should receive it within 3-10 business days. However, these times may take longer due to COVID and certain circumstances ex. during the holidays (November-January) that are out of our hands. We try our best to insure customers receive their orders in a timely fashion however, once the packages are with the carriers it is out of our control.

Shipping Insurance

Most packages are NOT insured. However, ROUTE insurance is available to purchase for a small fee at checkout. If you opt out of ROUTE insurance and your package goes missing or is lost or stolen, Trice Boutique is not responsible and will not provide a refund or send you new items. Please opt in for ROUTE insurance so that you have peace of mind knowing that if your package goes missing or is stolen you will be refunded.

International Shipping

Available to most countries worldwide with the exception of Canada. We ship using USPS, UPS and DHL. The ship time you see at checkout is approximate. Please keep in mind customs clearance and the possibility that your shipment could be held up causing delays in your shipment is a possibility. Customers are responsible for all customs fees. We try our best to insure customers receive their orders in a timely fashion however, once the packages are with the carriers it is out of our control.

 Tracking Your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders via email and or text (whichever option you choose at checkout). If you do not see the confirmation email please check your spam and junk folders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery. 

I did not receive my order but it states delivered, what should I do?

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it give it 2-3 days before you deem it missing. Please check your mailbox, front porch, your neighbors, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable) and ask your mail person. Trice Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are mark as delivered and are lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office or UPS location to make a claim. If you still cannot find it you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can file a claim on their website, google search USPS claim.  

Return to Sender Shipping Fee

An up to $15 return shipping fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments). There will also be an additional shipping fee to re-ship your package to the correct address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you checkout as we cannot adjust addresses after the fact.
