Non-Returnable Items

All Sale items, made-to-order, preorder, and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE. Bodysuits and swimwear are also FINAL SALE.

Made-To-Order Items

All of our items are ready to ship except for items in our Made-To-Order Collection.

*Estimated ship 2-4 weeks from purchase (however, this is estimated and subject to change). We CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME for made-to-order items. Made-to-order items are final sales and cannot be canceled. If you order additional items, these items will be shipped once the Made-To-Order items become available. We advise purchasing ready-to-ship items separately to eliminate shipping wait times. 

Once an Order is Placed

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Changing Shipping Address

Not available at this time. Please insure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

An up to $15 return shipping fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments). There will also be an additional shipping fee to re-ship your package to the correct address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you checkout as we cannot adjust addresses after the fact.
